Personal Care: Take shorter showers and spend the difference time reading. Alternatively, read while using the restroom. Laundry and Gardening: Finish your book before doing laundry or mowing the grass. Sunday Rest: Skip church and enjoy a good book about religion instead. Device-Free Time: Simply turn off your computer and read instead.
